Are these really plant based?
The core is. The hydrocolloid that absorbs fluid is made from plant cellulose. The thin film and adhesive that hold it on are not plant based. We'd rather be clear about that than put "all natural" on the box.
What does it mean when the patch turns white?
That's the hydrocolloid doing its job. It turns white as it absorbs fluid, which means it's ready to come off.
Do they work on every pimple?
They work best on spots that have come to a head at the surface, because that's where there's fluid to absorb. Deep, painful bumps under the skin usually won't have much to pull out. A patch still helps there by keeping your hands off it.
Can I wear them during the day?
Yes. They're thin and clear, so most people won't notice one. You can put makeup over the top.
Can I use them with my skincare?
Apply the patch first to clean, dry skin, then use your other products around it. Serums and moisturizers under the patch will stop it from sticking.
Are they good for sensitive skin?
They're fragrance free and made with a short ingredient list. Everyone's skin is different, so try one on a small area first. If you get any irritation, take it off and stop using them.
